Fredrik Eklund is no stranger to the cameras as he has been filming for Bravo for several years. And Eklund has shared the good, the bad and the ugly. Plus, Fredrik is a guru when it comes to social media, as he is often sharing pictures and posts on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook. As he revealed on the third season of Million Dollar Listing: New York , he has gotten quite a few clients from sharing pictures on Instagram.
But Million Dollar Listing star Fredrik Eklund also has two dogs that have been a part of the show. Eklund is often showing off his dogs in his one-on-one interviews and the dogs have been filmed during intimate scenes in Fredrik’s home, including the scenes where he was looking at possible surrogates. Now, his two dogs are in the spotlight.
According to a new Instagram post, Fredrik Eklund revealed that his dogs had made the cover of NY Pets magazine for the Fall/Winter 2015 issue. And Fredrik is proudly displaying his two dogs with the caption that these two pets bring him great joy in his life.
“Mousey and Fritzy’s first cover! Although Fritzy hates cameras. It’s funny, he turns away from it, avoids it. Mousey, on the other hand, loves it. She loves dressing up, loves getting the attention. Derek and I laugh, because sometimes after placing them for a photograph, snap it and leave the room, we come back 10 minutes later…. Fritzy has run off to hide in his basket, but Mousey is still sitting up in the exact same position waiting for more photos,” Fredrik reveals about his two dogs that are often showed on the show.
Fredrik Eklund is often showing off the things that are of utmost importance to him, including his husband, Derek Kaplan who is an artist. The two are often taking every opportunity to get away on weekend trips and Eklund uses Instagram to show how happy he is. He previously got married on an episode of Million Dollar Listing: New York .
Even though the two dogs have been the couple’s two babies for quite some time, Eklund has always talked about having a brown-haired, blue-eyed daughter named Milla. Fans were rooting for him to have a child, but Derek was concerned about falling into a housewife role.
According to the Inquisitr , Fredrik Eklund has revealed that he and his husband have decided to move forward with the surrogacy. This news came after the couple took some time off and cooled the idea of having children. Perhaps Derek just needed a bit more time to get established.
