Rosie O’Donnell and Michelle Rounds are ready to take their relationship to the next level, announcing their engagement which actually occurred several weeks ago.
Rosie’s people confirmed the rumor to PEOPLE and they say that the couple plan to spend their time between New York City and Chicago where Rosie is currently filming The Rosie Show for Oprah Winfrey.
The couple met a few months ago at a Starbucks and according to a snoop they are “very, very happy together.”
News of the engagement shouldn’t come as a complete surprise since Rosie in October said she could “totally imagine” marrying Michelle in the future.
“There’s something about marrying someone in a commitment with all your friends and family around you” noted the talk show host.
Rosie and Michelle have not yet announced a wedding date.
