Teresa Giudice is reportedly going to file for divorce shortly after finishing her upcoming jail sentence.
Hollywood Life reports that Teresa Giudice is planning to leave her husband for good as soon as she ends her 15-month jail sentence and Joe begins to start his own sentence.
As previously reported by the Inquisitr , Teresa already has a lucrative deal with Bravo for her own cooking show that will be waiting for her just as soon as she gets out of prison.
However, Daily Mail reports that getting a divorce is also going to be on Teresa’s list of things to do when that time comes around.
“Aside from her career, Teresa is also planning to file for divorce, as soon as she gets out of jail and gets back home with her girls and Joe is carted off to do his time.”
The same report goes on to explain exactly why Teresa Giudice will more than likely end her lengthy marriage to Joe around that time.
“Teresa is livid with Joe for putting her in this position so she is fed up and going to send him the divorce papers and tell him to sign them while he is sitting in cell— or else!”
Even though Teresa Giudice has reportedly taken some of the blame for depending too much on Joe in the past, she plans on turning over a new leaf for herself and for her daughters immediately after getting out of prison.
Daily Mail reports that Teresa simply does not want her daughters to suffer because of the mistakes made by herself and her husband. In order to make things better for all of them when she is freed from prison, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star is reportedly taking the steps necessary now to secure their future.
“She has been working on her life after prison and she is going to be very rich! This is a whole new life for Teresa and she is going to be a force to be reckoned with when she starts over! Teresa has a new attitude, she is much wiser and will not trust anyone to take care of her and their daughters again.”
Teresa is scheduled to begin her 15-month prison sentence in January. After she has served her time behind bars, Teresa Giudice will reunite with her daughters as her husband Joe will then begin his own 41-month sentence.
