Dark Horse comics announced it will be jumping into the Black Friday frenzy this year. Digital comics fans of series such as Star Wars , Buffy the Vampire Slayer , and Hellboy are in for a real treat if they want to spend a little cash. Dark Horse has announced it will be releasing a number of mega bundles for some of its most popular series with each megabundle scheduled to cost $99.99.
While that might seem like a lot of money for those who aren’t comic book fans, Dark Horse is making sure people who pony up that kind of cash are going to have plenty to read on their iOS or Android device for quite a long time. For those who were disappointed to find that the company had discontinued its run of Star Wars , take heart in the fact there are two specific mega bundle deals this Black Friday. For your hard earned $100, you can either get 200 digital Star Wars comics or every Star Wars Omnibus edition.
Dark Horse has something for those of you who are big fans of everything Joss Whedon as well. One of the mega bundles on offer in this super sale will give you access to a ton of Dark Horse’s digital editions in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer , Angel & Faith , Serenity , Dollhouse , and even Dr. Horrible runs. Perhaps you read Dark Horse in order to get access to Hellboy or Baltimore . If that’s the case, this Black Friday sale will make you grin from ear to ear as well.
One of the mega bundles on offer from Dark Horse is being called the Mignolaverse bundle, and will have Hellboy , B.P.R.D. , Baltimore , Witchfinder , and Sledgehammer 44 . There is also a Dark Horse REHverse that includes a number of characters from the created adventure universes taking part in stories written by Robert E. Howard that include Conan , Kull , and Solomon Kane .
The final mega bundle is the Project Black Sky bundle. This grouping has an awful lot of the stories that takes place in the publisher’s superhero world.
