Glee actress Lea Michele has been fighting off eating disorder rumors lately, revealing to Allure Magazine that despite her vegan diet she loves to eat.
When talking about her diet she tells Allure:
“People get confused, like, you know, I just eat grass”
She goes on to add:
“I’m half Italian … I can eat some b-–s under the table.”
When asked about her weight loss Michele revealed that part of it was due to a jaw infection.
Michele points out in the interview that it’s not the first time her looks have come into question, in fact one manager told her that she needed a nose job “in order for me to work with you.”
Obviously that particular manager had no idea what they were talking about, not only has Lea Michele become a star thanks to Glee, she’s also set to appear in the romantic comedy New Year’s Eve which debuts this coming December.
Speaking about her rise to fame and her role opposite Ashton Kutcher in New Year’s Eve Michele Lea revealed:
“I never thought people would think I was attractive enough to star opposite Ashton Kutcher. I was always told I was gonna be the quirky friend.”
