Tom Cruise is listing his giant estate in Telluride and anyone with $59 million to spare can make it their own.
The actor has owned the Colorado mega-mansion for years, reportedly putting a lot of work into it between 1990 and 1994, the years he was married to Nicole Kidman. “The mansion has property spread out over half a square mile, with private trails and gated access into tens of thousands of acres of surrounding National Forest,” the Sotheby’s listing says .

In total, the mansion boasts 4 bedrooms and 6 baths with about 10,000 feet of space. There is also a guest home with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths in about 1,600 square feet.
The giant price tag means that Tom Cruise has the biggest listing in celebrity history, excluding the $115 million manor built by television executive Aaron Spelling , who is arguably more of a power player than a celebrity himself. The next closest listing would be the $40 million mansion that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen recently sold to rap’s first billionaire, Dr. Dre.
The Telluride neighborhood has some pretty rich company as well. Tom Cruise has close neighbors in Oprah Winfrey, Ralph Lauren, and Jerry Seinfeld.
