Yes folks Chev Chelios is back for another round and taking us along for the electrifying ride as once more he tries to keep himself alive while bringing death and destruction to the city and it’s people around him. The premise is that he has had his nearly indestructible heart stolen from him and he has only so long to get it back – part of which keeping alive means getting close and personal with all kinds of electrical outlets.
