Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert split rumors have been circulating for months. The country music stars have battled back against internet chatter before, but the rumors just won’t quit. Blake and Miranda have said that they choose to laugh at the tabloid stories most of the time, but that’s not to say that things between the two are perfect. According to OK! Magazine , there is a new rumor about the couple that could be true.
Apparently, Blake and Miranda have not been seeing eye to eye when it comes to starting a family. This all started when Blake took the couple’s private baby discussion public. On a recent episode of Ellen , Blake was asked if he and Miranda were going to have a baby together. His response? “No.” As you can probably imagine, this didn’t make Miranda too happy — especially because she wants to have children.
“Blake knows how important being a mom is to Miranda, but he just put that out there on national TV! Miranda told him, ‘Couldn’t you just have just said, we’ll see?’” said a friend.
Blake Shelton has been busy with the new season of The Voice and Miranda Lambert has been touring the country, which doesn’t really give the pair too much time for baby-making. However, Miranda has allegedly tried to make things work so that the two could start a family together — sooner rather than later.
“Miranda is willing to put her career on hold, but Blake’s just scared of change,” the friend added.
While what Blake said might have bothered Miranda, she and Blake don’t seem to be ready to call it quits just yet.
According to E! News , Blake took to Twitter to address the divorce rumors earlier this month… and what he had to say? Pretty much summed everything up.
Maybe because the divorce rate is so high the tabloids have just decided to play the odds with me and Miranda. Morons.. #eatadick

Shortly after this tweet, Blake changed his Twitter header to a photo of his wife on a magazine. Clearly he is still in love with her. Oh, and as for rumors that Blake has been cheating on Miranda with country singer Cady Groves? That’s probably bologna. These two seem super solid, even if they don’t agree on how to handle the media when it comes to their plans (or lack thereof) to start a family.
