Paula Patton is already living with another dude after her shocking split from Robin Thicke. According to Radar Online , Paula is living with her new man , Zak Waters. And no, she didn’t move in with him… he moved in with her. The couple is reportedly sharing space in Paula’s Calabasas abode.
“Zak moved in with her a couple of weeks ago. They are very happy together and he treats her how she deserves to be treated,” shared a source.
And in case you were wondering what other proof was out there, Waters posted a photo on Instagram last week and captioned in, “My new view.” The photo was reportedly taken inside of Patton’s pad. So that happened.
Paula Patton moved on from Robin Thicke rather quickly. According to The Inquisitr , Paula filed for divorce from Robin on Wednesday, but the couple split up months ago. The reason for their split? Despite denying that they were having marital problems, Paula up and left Robin when she found out that he cheated on her. In that sense, presuming it’s true, Paula didn’t move on too fast… since Robin technically moved on while the two were still together. Still, sources say that Robin isn’t too thrilled with his ex’s decision to get on with her life.
“Robin is heartbroken that Paula has moved on so quickly. She is done with him. She does not want anyone talking to her about Robin. She has moved on,” said a source.
Paula Patton and Zak Waters have been seeing each other for a couple of months. According to Extra , Waters describes himself as a “writer, producer, singer, DJ, and performer.” It makes sense, in many ways, that Patton would go for another musician, but in other ways, it’s pretty surprising. One might think that she’d want to try something different… go after an actor, or maybe even someone not in the business. Of course, it doesn’t really matter, as long as Paula is happy. She definitely deserves to be.
Paula and Zak have yet to share any photos together, but that doesn’t mean much. Paula is going through a lot right now and probably doesn’t want any additional media attention, at least until her divorce is finalized.
It’s unknown if the two had a pre-nup, but the actress has asked for joint legal and physical custody of son Julian, 4, which shouldn’t be a problem for Thicke.
