Kanye West showed up in Paris this weekend to showcase his highly anticipated womenswear line for Paris Fashion Week.
Speaking with reporters after the show West said:
“I had a lot of ideas about colors and shapes I wanted to express … I’m really happy where I ended up.”
Among his celebrity friends in the audience were singer Ciara, actress Lindsay Lohan and fellow designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Designers Josephy Altuzarra and Alexander Wang also sat in for the show.
Speaking about her love of the West line Ciara revealed:
“To see someone like Kanye, who aspires to succeed in fashion, to get so much respect and cross over like this, it was monumental.”
