Simon Cowell looks like he is enjoying being a dad according to a recent photo posted to his Twitter account. In the photo Cowell poses with 6-month old son, Eric, and the best part is the fact that they are wearing matching sunglasses! Don’t believe us? Just check out the shot for yourself:

If that little half smile means anything, it would seem that baby Eric is enjoying his time with his daddy on the luxury yacht .
According to a previous report by The Inquisitr , Simon Cowell and girlfriend Lauren Silverman welcomed their son into the world on the most romantic day of the year, Valentine’s Day. The little man was born at 17:42 pm at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York. The report stated that Simon was in London at the time Lauren went into labor, so when he received the call saying “the baby’s on the way,” Simon caught the next flight out. A few hours later, their son Eric was born and Simon took to Twitter to let fans know:

Since Eric’s birth, Simon Cowell and Lauren Silverman have been careful about how often they expose the little guy to the media, but that hasn’t stopped the proud father from sharing a few photos of his son here and there to his fans:

Based on all the comments from fans, it would seem like everyone is in love with baby Eric! According to The Huffington Post , his adorable little sunglasses may not be the only thing he has in common with his father. Eric’s Godmother Sinitta recently opened up to OK! Magazine and said that baby Eric is already showing some similarities to his father:
“He’s definitely a watcher,” she said. “He sits and watches everything and takes it all in like his father. He’s a gorgeous child, really easy and sweet.”
Will baby Eric take after Simon Cowell? Only time will tell!
