Alcohol was definitely to blame when Jackass star Ryan Dunn sped his Porsche off a Pennsylvania highway at 140MPH, according to a new report the TV and movie star drank 11 alcoholic beverages before crashing his car, an accident that led to his death.
According to MyFoxPhilly , Dunn, who blew a .196, more than double the legal limit of .08 purchased eight alcoholic beverages from the bar and then was given three more alcoholic beverages by fans as he sat in the back of the establishment.
Because Dunn is said to have received his last three drinks from fans and not from the bar it is highly unlikely that the business will be held responsible for his accident or death but perhaps the fans who bought his drinks when they saw that he was already drunk and then let him get into his car and drive away should be held accountable.
