According to a report by The New York Times, Spanish police have arrested three suspects in connection with the recent PlayStation Network attacks .

Those arrested include a 31-year-old man in the city of Gijón. According to the report, the man used a computer server located in his apartment to coordinate attacks on the PlayStation Network. The other two arrests took place in Valencia and Barcelona, but the police report didn’t disclose any further information.

The three suspects were caught, according to NYT, after police were able to analyze “more than two million lines” of chat logs as well as several websites. According to the police report, the three were identified as the “local leaders” of the hacking group Anonymous.

As NYT points out, it’s not clear at the moment whether or not the three suspects were solely, or even mainly, responsible for the PlayStation Network hacks.
