Nikki Cox of the show Las Vegas and her husband Jay Mohr welcomed their first child together on Thursday.
The couple welcomed baby boy Meredith Daniel Mohr into the world at 6 lbs. 7 oz.
The stars tell PEOPLE :
“We are over the moon, filled with joy and every other cliché new parents use.” The couple then said of Meredith “He’s perfect.”
Mohr and Cox met when Jay guest starred on her show Las Vegas ( now in syndication). They dated for two years and then married on December 29, 2006.
Mohr also has a son, Jackson, from his previous relationship to Nicole Chamberlain.
