After only 10 years of dating, Teen Wolf’s Tyler Posey got engaged to makeup artist Seana Gorlick, and she showed off her diamond engagement ring to prove it.
He told US Weekly last Saturday,”I’ve been wanting to ask her to marry me for years now and I finally did it.” he added, “It’s everything I’ve wanted to do. I finally feel like myself.” Gorlick and her husband-to-be were attending the Variety Power of Youth event in Universal City, California. Posey was being honored for his work with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society; his mother has survived her cancer for three years .
Posey said that he proposed on their 12-day vacation in Hawaii, “I didn’t know if I was going to do it — I didn’t have a plan or anything…..I was so damn nervous.” He went on, “I just asked her and it was the coolest thing in the world. Her reaction was the sweetest — I can’t even explain it!”
Posey (who once played Jennifer Lopez’s son in the 2002 movie Maid In Manhattan) said that he had known Seanna since he was 11 and had “been in love with her since I was 12.” He said that he was inspired by Seana Gorlick, “I think she’s the coolest, most raddest person ever. She’s so nice and so cute.”
Actually, US Weekly got a hint of Posey’s intentions at the Saturn awards in Burbank. He told us that “I just want to be married to her — I want to be with her forever!”
Well, it all depends what passes as forever in Hollywood. But enough with the cynicism, so let’s just wish Tyler Posey and Seana Gorlick the very best as we wait for the wedding.
