According to Stassi Schroeder, she is required to share her love life on Vanderpump Rules .
During a recent interview with Pacific Magazine , the reality star and podcast host opened up about how starring on the Bravo TV series has impacted her dating life and admitted that she doesn’t have much of a choice when it comes to exposing her relationships.
“That is the hardest part about being on a reality show because I’m not attracted to men who want to be on a reality show. And my job requires for whoever I’m dating to be on it,” she explained , according to a report by All About the Real Housewives on June 14.
Stassi Schroeder also revealed that when she is involved with someone who doesn’t want to appear on reality television, she gets in trouble and her career is negatively impacted. As fans will recall, Stassi Schroeder failed to share her relationship with boyfriend Patrick Meagher during Vanderpump Rules Season 3 and appeared only in a reduced role on the show at the time. Then, as she began to talk about her relationship during Season 4, she returned to her full-time role on the show.
Weeks before Stassi Schroeder spoke out about her Vanderpump Rules requirements, her boyfriend appeared on the On the Stock Room Floor podcast and confirmed he would be making an appearance during the upcoming sixth season of Vanderpump Rules .

During his appearance on the podcast, Meagher confirmed plans to film with his girlfriend but admitted that he was not thrilled about having to do so.
“I have to start filming Vanderpump Rules , which I’ve been pushing off for four years,” he admitted , according to a report by Radar Online . “They want me to go dinner, but I don’t have drama with anybody. I just love her. So, I’m probably going to be very boring.”

Stassi Schroeder began dating Patrick Meagher after filming the second season of Vanderpump Rules and briefly parted ways with the Sirius XM radio host last summer. As fans saw during the show’s fifth season, Schroeder struggled with their breakup and didn’t have much luck in the world of dating after their split.
