Country music superstarJason Aldean was caught making out with American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr on Wednesday night. Aldean was kissing Kerr outside of a Sunset Strip bar. The very public kiss occurred right in front of the paparazzi despite the fact that Aldean is married.
Photos taken at the time clearly show Aldean and Brittany engaging in a kiss. According to several witnesses Aldean and Kerr were very flirty all night, touching one another and talking for a while.
The night appeared to end with Aldean getting into a cab and leaving the bar without the American Idol contestant.
Aldean and his high school sweetheart Jessica Ussery were married in 2001 and they have 2 children together.

Jason Aldean on Sunday reached the top of the Billboard country charts with his hit song Take a Little Ride . Aldean was also recently announced as one of the many performers who will grace the stage at the Country Music Awards (CMAs).
Given that Aldean went in for the kiss in a very public setting there is a chance he was either really drunk or that his marriage is already on the outs.
UPDATE: Jason Aldean posted an apology to his wife, kids and fans on his Facebook page, the apology reads:
Hey Guys – I wanted to talk to you directly, so you were hearing the truth from me and not just reading allegations made about my personal life on gossip web sites. The truth is that I screwed up. I had too much to drink, let the party get out of hand and acted inappropriately at a bar. I left alone, caught the bus to our next show and that’s the end of the story. I ultimately ended up embarrassing my family and myself. I’m not perfect, and I’m sorry for disappointing you guys. I really appreciate being able to work through this privately with my family and for all your continued support.
