That’s according to ESPN’s sources, and if said moles are right, Jordan will become the first ever retired player to appear on the front of a NBA 2K title. ESPN also suggests Jordan will appear in the game itself in some capacity, though this is all at the rumor stage for now.
Jordan has a history with videogames, and not an entirely positive one. He’ll always be fondly remembered as one of the stars of the NBA Jam series, but many people forget he also starred in his own absolutely terrible game for the Super Nintendo in 1994, Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City .
