In the time honored fashion of the city’s famous tagline – what happens in Las Vegas stays in Las Vegas – the history of the Mob’s involvement with the growth of Las Vegas is going to become one of its newest tourist attractions when the Mob Museum opens in 2011.
The project is part of the city’s $4 Billion revitalization and is expected to generate $62 million of economic output for the city. Right now you can keep tabs on the project through a dedicated website that is sporting a nice slideshow of facts and figures to do with the project along with a few interesting historical Mob moment in the cit’s history.
