Rachel Uchitel is getting divorced.
Uchitel, who is most famous for being one of Tiger Woods’ mistresses, was hit with divorce papers this week by her soon-to-be ex-husband Matt Hahn.
According to TMZ , Hahn cited “cruel and inhumane treatment” as the reason for their divorce.
Despite Hahn’s reason for divorice, the party planer said that she hopes to resolve the issue quickly and amicably.
A rep for the star told Us Weekly : “It is Ms. Uchitel’s goal to resolve this action amicably, quickly and quietly and not in the media … No further details of the action are being released at this time by Ms. Uchitel.”
Unfortunately, “quick” and “amicable” are two words that probably won’t describe the divorce proceedings. TMZ notes that Hahn is asking for full custody of their 1-year-old daughter and argues that Uchitel provides an unsafe living environment.
Hahn filed for divorce on grounds of “cruel and inhuman treatment … such that the conduct of the defendant [Rachel] so endangers the physical or mental well being of the plaintiff as renders it unsafe or improper for the plaintiff to cohabit with the defendant.”
Hahn is also asking for “equitable distribution of marital assets.”
