Pussycat Dolls singer, actress, dancer, and talent show judge, Nicole Scherzinger, stole the spotlight on Monday night when she showed up to a London awards show in a strapless black velvet dress.
Scherzinger was going solo for the star studded Pride of Britain Awards gala at the Grosvenor House hotel.
Showing off her dress, Nicole caressed her hips to accentuate her curves.
The 35-year-old singers dress hugged her shapely legs.
From Pussy Cat Doll to respected industry heavyweight Nicole Scherzinger has been surprising everyone lately. On her new album she combines her vocals with the instrumental styling of famed violinist David Garret. The violinist explains:
“I heard Nicole Scherzinger sing Music of the Night by Andrew Lloyd Webber at the Royal Variety Show in Manchester, in 2011. When it came to picking a candidate to sing ‘Io ti penso’, I immediately thought of her. She has such a versatile voice, ranging from pop to musicals to classical. For me it was important to find a singer who can sing both the lower and the upper register. Even with great singers, it’s not always the case,”
Nicole’s new music will be featured in The Devil’s Violinist , with the release date set on October 31. Garrrett makes his acting debut in the film where he plays Italian virtuoso violinist Paganini.

Everything appears to be looking up right now for Nicole. Earlier in the year she called her life an “emotion mess” after her split from Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton. Scherzinger told UK’s Yahoo OMG:
“I am not a robot and I wear my heart on my sleeve. At the end of the day I want to be a professional and make it about the contestants and not about me. But music is a part of my life and music touches me, so I think I’ve been a bit more emotional through the audition process this year because I was obviously going through some stuff internally.”
