Is Taylor Swift at it again? You know, that Glenn Close à la Dangerous Liaisons impression she does so well when it comes to Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez and her own exes?
Maybe, maybe not. But a lot of folk are reading all sorts of texture into remarks the “22” star made recently in Glamour Magazine UK.
Among other topics, Swift shared her views on fidelity and relationships.
While she didn’t specifically mention Justin and Selena, it’s incredibly hard to get that immortal Billboard Music Awards GIF — when she gagged after seeing the on and off sweethearts embrace and kiss backstage — to stop popping into your mind isn’t it?
Later, in the press room when asked about Justin’s booing during accepting his Chevrolet Milestone award, Swift refused to answer a query about what she and best friend Selena said to each other at that moment as they watched from the audience.
Instead, the singer offered a loaded reply : “You do not want to open that can of worms.”
Here’s Taylor’s recent comment in Glamour :
“Here’s what I’ve learned about deal-breakers. If you have enough natural chemistry with someone, you overlook every single thing that you said would break the deal.”
Then, the possible zinger:
“I’ve seen my friends take someone back after they’ve cheated because they fit perfectly. But I don’t know, because I’ve never had a perfect fit with someone.”
As you can imagine some are now recalling last November’s shock snap of Bieber hanging out a Victoria Secrets Show rehearsal in NYC with gorgeous lingerie model Barbara Palvin , only for the pair to then be seen attending The Lion King on Broadway the day after (Nov. 8) with a group of Justin’s friends.
It all got very messy when Gomez tweeted a photo first posted by rapper Lil Twist of himself, Justin and Barbara pictured at some unknown location. At the time, cheating claims were denied and still are, but Selena and Justin did split up in that period and their now ended two-year relationship is thought to be completely kaput romantically .

In Glamour’s interview, Taylor revealed she and Selena “laughed hysterically on the phone” over rumors she “hates” Justin and didn’t want him to be with Gomez.
Pressed on whether that was true, the Red songstress replied evenly, “Does it matter?”
So, does Swift know more than she’s explicitly saying about an old, persistent rumor, or is the current noise just the news cycle reading too much into her general remark?
