Eva Longoria Doesn’t Plan On Having Kids, And She’s Fine With That

Eva Longoria may be nearing 40, but the actress said she isn’t feeling any pressing biological urges.

In an interview this week, the Hollywood star said she may one day find love again, but feels no need to have children of her own.

“I don’t think if I’m 50 and single – I’m not going to go and [have a baby] by myself,” she told Access Hollywood Live.”No, I’m not one of those women that’s like, ‘Oh I must procreate!’ So, no. I think kids are a product of love, so if you find the right person and you want to have a family with that person then that’s when the time is right.”

Ever since her ill-fated marriage to NBA star Tony Parker, Eva Longoria has been a staple of the tabloid gossip circuit. Anytime she’s seen out with a man it ends up splashed across the pages of celebrity magazines and websites, giving her precious little privacy.

Longoria, who divorced Tyler Christopher in 2004 and Parker in 2011, told Access Hollywood Live that she isn’t looking to get hitched again.

“I’ve been married twice, so that’s been there, done that!” she said.

But Longoria added that she’s not too picky when it comes to relationships, and doesn’t have a “type.”

“[Being] funny is important, you know. [And being] educated is important to me,” she said.

Longoria did, however, deny that she had a fling with George Clooney.

“[Rumors] start all the time,” she said. “Thank god it was a good one!”

Longoria has been linked to a number of other celebrities in the past few months, including a brief relationship with New York Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez last summer.

Eva Longoria added that she’s not afraid of getting older. Eva noted that she works out and eats well, which helps her feel better, so her age is “irrelevant.”
