Actress Jennifer Garner is the first celebrity spokesperson for Max Mara, who is also making her debut in her first fashion-and-accessories campaign.
Garner posed for photos with photographer Mario Sorrentini while wearing a camel coat and holding Max Mara’s new statement handbag, called the JBag, which the actress has said she loves. PEOPLE notes that she explained:
“I like the size of the JBag. I like that it’s big enough to carry anything you want to stuff in there, but it’s small enough that you won’t lose your keys!”
Jennifer Garner added that she’s a perfect fit to model for Max Mara, explaining, “My style is pragmatic. I like to wear garments that have a real luxurious texture and feel good against the skin.”
The ad campaign featuring Garner will debut in September in magazines like Vogue , Elle , W , and InStyle . It will also be seen in newspapers like The New York Times and the International Herald Tribune , notes USA Today .
And while Jennifer Garner is excited to work with Max Mara, the brand feels the same way. Chairman Luigi Maramotti stated that Garner is the perfect face for the line. He explained:
“Jennifer Garner is a real woman, not a cover girl, not a starlet, and she has different interests, a family and values. She is a real woman and embodies the Max Mara woman, she perfectly reflects our image.”
Along with her new job as the face of a Max Mara campaign, Garner recently sat down with Redbook to talk about her beauty secrets. E! Online notes that the actress revealed , “I don’t even know where the hair dryer is in my house.” While the 41-year-old beauty is lax on her hair care routine, she admits she takes her skincare seriously, and that means putting on sunscreen whenever she goes out.
