Kate Upton appears on the cover of Vogue magazine this month and for good reason. She’s the hottest supermodel on earth.
The cover, which is Upton’s first for Vogue in the United States, proudly declares that Upton is the hottest supermodel on earth. Fashion aficionados may disagree with the title, or at least put up an argument against it, but you can’t deny the fact that Upton has become one of the most powerful forces in the modeling industry.
Upton was a relatively unknown model two years ago but she has quickly become the one of the most recognized faces in fashion. Upton was able to turn a viral video of herself doing the Dougie at a Clippers game in April, 2011 into an impressive modeling career. Since the video surface, she’s landed covers with GQ, Esquire, The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition ( Twice) and now Vogue.
Upton still has her haters. After all, she’s a curvy model in a skinny industry. But the hottest supermodel on earth doesn’t seem to be bothered by the criticism. Upton said that she’s proud of the body God gave her and that she’s isn’t trying to change herself to fit into the modeling mold.
Upton said : “The things that they’re rejecting are things that I can’t change. I can’t change my bra size. They’re natural! I can work out and I can stay healthy and motivated, but I can’t change some things. I really just live my life. I love my body. It’s what God gave me! I feel confident with myself, and if that inspires other women to feel confident with their bodies, great.”
