Ashleigh Jordan Gets Her Blood Pumping In Figure-Hugging Shorts For ‘Total Burn’ Workout

Ashleigh Jordan is a fitness model who often takes to popular social media platform Instagram to post inspiring photos and workout videos designed to motivate her 3.2 million followers to reach their fitness goals. Due to the coronavirus outbreak that has forced millions to isolate themselves in their homes, she has been posting workouts that are at-home friendly and don’t require the use of a gym or specialized equipment. On Thursday, the Instagram sensation posted her latest video, which she claimed would kick her followers’ booties.

For the workout, Ashleigh wore a white sports bra with thick shoulder straps that left plenty of skin and cleavage exposed. She paired it with lilac high-waisted short-shorts that hugged her sculpted curves and put a small patch of toned tummy on display. The spandex shorts highlighted the model’s tiny waist and ample backside while showcasing her sculpted legs.

Ashleigh completed the outfit with a pair of white sneakers and accessorized with glitzy hoop earrings, a silver necklace, and a pair of sunglasses. She wore her long, blond tresses pulled back in a low ponytail and added a touch of gloss to her lips.

The post included four separate video clips, each featuring a different exercise. The workout was performed outside on what appeared to be the roof of a parking garage and didn’t include any equipment.

In the first video clip, the fitness model demonstrates reverse lunge/leg raises. She flaunts her toned backside and legs as she performs each lunge, instructing viewers to perform four sets of 20 for each leg. The second exercise is the squat/oblique crunch, which targets both the quad muscles and the abdomen. This exercise should be performed for a total of four sets of 30 reps.

The third video features Ashleigh as she demonstrates alternating high knees. The cardio move, designed to get the blood pumping, should be done for four sets of 30 seconds. Finally, Ashleigh shows her followers how to do side squats/squat jumps. The exercise is another that should be done for a total of four sets of 10 reps each.

In the caption of the post, Ashleigh explains that the hot Florida sun reflecting off the white cement required her to wear a pair of sunglasses for the workout. She adds that she’s provided her followers with a killer workout that requires no equipment before outlining each exercise performed in the video clips.

The model’s followers loved the latest workout, leaving close to 50,000 likes and hundreds of comments in the first 12 hours of being posted.
