Bethenny Frankel Allegedly Upset Jason Hoppy Is Still Wearing Wedding Ring

Jason Hoppy is still wearing his wedding ring and Bethenny Frankel allegedly feels the move is all about garnering sympathy. The handsome pharmaceutical sales agent has been spotted in several photos snapped by paparazzi with the gold band still on his ring finger.

Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy divorce rumors began circulating online several weeks before the former reality show couple officially announced their separation. During the early stages of the Frankel and Hoppy separation, it appeared to many celeb watchers that the split would be an amicable affair. The pair announced the pending divorce in December, The Stir notes.

A quick and quiet divorce now appears to be out of the question. Bethenny and Jason are fighting over their upscale home with the massive closet Frankel so loves, and custody of their daughter Bryn.

A Radar Online source had this to say about Bethenny’s supposed thoughts on Jason still wearing his ring:

“Bethenny just can’t understand why Jason is still wearing his wedding ring. It makes absolutely no sense to her because they have zero plans for reconciliation. Bethenny thinks he’s doing it to garner sympathy and to appear as the wounded party. Jason told her he’s still wearing the ring so that their two-year-old daughter, Bryn doesn’t get confused. But that reasoning doesn’t fly with Bethenny because Bryn’s still too young to understand that her parents are getting divorcing, or to even comprehend what that means.”

Earlier this year Jason Hoppy reportedly took issue with his soon-to-be-ex-wife taking Bryn out of the country on a working vacation. Bethenny Frankel’s allegedly platonic relationship with hedge fund billionaire Warren Lichtenstein may also be playing a role in the angst associated with divorce negotiations. Jason allegedly told Bethenny that he does not want Bryn around Warren.
