Beyonce Opens Up About Her Miscarriage

Beyonce has opened up about her miscarriage. Beyonce is a strong woman, but this is the first time she’s gone public about this sad point in her life.

In Beyonce’s new HBO documentary Life Is But A Dream, the singer will finally talk about her unsuccessful first pregnancy.

According to Perez Hilton, Beyonce says:

“About two years ago, I was pregnant for the first time. And I heard the heartbeat, which was the most beautiful music I ever heard in my life … I picked out names. I envisioned what my child would look like … I was feeling very maternal.”

In the midst of Beyonce’s excitement something went wrong and Beyonce learned about it during a checkup:

“I flew back to New York to get my checkup—and no heartbeat. Literally the week before I went to the doctor, everything was fine, but there was no heartbeat.”

According to the Huffington Post, Beyonce dealt with the pain the only way she knew:

“I went into the studio and wrote the saddest song I’ve ever written in my life. And it was actually the first song I wrote for my album. … And it was the best form of therapy for me, because it was the saddest thing I’ve ever been through.”

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, Beyonce recently was discovered lip-syncing, to which she answered the critics, “Can I live?”

“Being pregnant was very much like falling in love. You are so open. You are so overjoyed. There’s no words that can express having a baby growing inside of you, so of course you want to scream it out and tell everyone.”

A miscarriage would take a lot of courage for anyone to open up about, but once again, Beyonce delivers.
