When it comes to skateboarding it is definitely a skill that leaves me standing on the sidelines but one that I appreciate for the ability to seemingly bend the laws of gravity. I once tried skateboarding and you’ll notice I said once – it didn’t end very well so I have gladly taken up a role as spectator.
It is from that role that I absolutely love the photographic work of Anthony Acosta as he captures the essence of the fluidity of skateboarding and the talent of those boardmasters.
