Sofia Vergara and her fiance Nick Loeb are said to be planning a big wedding, but the star has also reportedly had to take some time off shindig planning to attend to another matter — relationship health.
Sofia Vergara’s wedding has already been covered a lot (and it hasn’t even happened), but the press interest is always a double-edged sword — and a reported “bitter bust-up” between the couple on New Year’s Eve led to a bit of premarital soul searching, friends tell press.
Earlier, Vergara had said she wants to really go nuts with wedding festivities, saying:
“If I’m going to do something, it’s going to have to be a big event … I just had my 40th birthday in Mexico. I had more than 100 people.”
But a friend tells Star that Sofia and Nick also were tempered by an alleged fiery nightclub fight in Miami, and RadarOnline reports that Loeb was photographed bearing scratches in several areas after the fallout.
The pal of Sofia Vergara claims that after the dispute, the pair decided to shore up their relationship before walking down the aisle — a smart move during a time when most people are more concerned with table linens and bands.
The spy says of the decision:
“[Vergara] decided they needed professional help before she would walk down the aisle … They had their first session over the phone – and so far, so good!”
