Phaedra Parks ‘RHOA’: Fans Think She Should Get Paid – And Be Rehired

Phaedra Parks never made an official announcement that she wasn’t returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta this season. Last season, Parks got caught up in a lie that she ended up blaming producers for. Phaedra had claimed that Kandi Burruss wanted to drug Porsha Williams for the sake of having sex with her. While Phaedra may have thought that it was a funny joke, Kandi took the accusations seriously. She was essentially being accused of wanting to drug someone for the sake of having sex with them, which is considered rape. During the Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion special last year, Kandi broke down in tears, as she was furious with Phaedra. Porsha Williams also felt betrayed.

After the reunion aired, rumors suggested that Phaedra had been fired from the show. She claimed that the producers set her up, and she never took full responsibility for her actions. According to a new tweet, fans have a hard time accepting that Phaedra Parks has been fired. During the first episode of the show this season, her name was mentioned several times, as the stars were trying to move forward from the drama. Porsha was the one who was severely hurt, and she revealed that Parks had reached out several times.

“Personally, I feel like Phaedra Parks should be given her HW title back for S11 if nene can do basically the same thing and all is forgiven,” one fan wrote on Twitter, revealing that Phaedra was still very much part of the show in spirit.

Another viewer added, “I hope Phaedra Parks is getting paid for this season cause she’s already been mentioned 20 times. #RHOA.”

Many feel that it is odd for NeNe Leakes to be back on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, especially since Phaedra has now been fired. Many feel that NeNe has done far worse things than Parks. Perhaps it was Parks’ decision to blame producers for what happened that resulted in her being fired. Maybe she didn’t want to deal with the consequences of her actions. As for Parks, she previously released a statement about her behavior, saying simply that it was what it was.
