Jinger Duggar is known as the “liberal Duggar” after marrying tattooed former professional soccer player, Jeremy Vuolo. Fans, however, are shocked to learn that this pastor doesn’t only have a worldly past, but that he was once arrested for harassing a police officer .
According to the police report, the incident took place in 2008 after a night of hard partying. Jinger Duggar’s family certainly doesn’t believe in consuming alcohol, but it looks like her husband doesn’t hold the same convictions. At the time of his arrest, bad boy Jeremy had a blood alcohol level of 0.13 percent.
A police report of the wild night out says that Jeremy Vuolo grabbed the police officer’s upper arm for no apparent reason, became belligerent and shouted obscenities. He was taken into police custody and then was released later that night to a sober friend.
Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo have been known as the “liberal” couple in the family, especially due to the fact that Jinger has been wearing pants since the pair tied the knot. The Duggar family has been very adamant that the young women in their family dress “modestly,” which means always wearing a long skirt and a top that isn’t too tight fitting.
Since the pair married, Jinger Duggar has also been experimenting with fashion by wearing high heels and sleeveless tops, something previously forbidden by her parents, Jim Bob and Michelle.
The couple, who moved to Laredo, Texas, are the only couple to permanently move out of the state of Arkansas once they wed. They are also the only Duggar couple to not announce a pregnancy immediately after their wedding. They are about to celebrate their one year anniversary without a pregnancy announcement in sight, which is very unusual for the Duggar clan.
The pair have also been traveling around the country and have even toyed with moving to the United Kingdom to start a new life abroad.
It is rumored that although Jeremy and Jim Bob have butted heads over religion, the pair have agreed that Jinger should divert to Jeremy’s beliefs now that she is an adult and no longer living with the Duggar clan.
