Selena Gomez is no stranger to performing live, especially at the American Music Awards. And now, with anticipation for her new singles higher than ever, the former Disney starlet-turned-worldwide phenomenon is returning to that famed stage to perform her newest single, “Wolves,” for the first time.

According to a press release for the announcement of her performance, this will be the third time that Selena Gomez will perform live at the American Music Awards. The first time, she performed “The Heart Wants What It Wants,” back in 2014. The second time, she performed “Same Old Love” the next year.

But as of late, Selena Gomez has been getting rave reviews for her latest album, Revival , where singles like “Good for You” and “Hands to Myself” shot to the top of the Billboard charts.

She is, however, also become known as an executive producer as of late — most notably for 13 Reasons Why , the hit Netflix show.

Fans can look forward to other things at the American Music Awards besides Selena Gomez and the first-time ever live performance of “Wolves,” however.

In that same press release, it was mentioned that music legend Diana Ross will not only be appearing to receive a Lifetime Achievement Award, but she will be doing a live, rare performance.

Because the American Music Awards is the awards show for the fans, by the fans, almost all of the categories are open and available for voting.

There are only two awards that haven’t been opened for voting yet: New Artist of the Year presented by T-Mobile and Collaboration of the Year presented by Xfinity. Both of these awards will open their polls for voting on November 1st.

Fans can vote in the New Artist and Collaboration categories up to 100 times a day per platform, and all other awards can be voted on only once per day per voting platform. Fans can also vote by posting a tweet on Twitter that includes the nominee’s name or Twitter handle, the category name and #AMAs within the tweet.
