Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen have both seen their share of tabloid news, but usually never at the same time…until now.
As previously reported by The Inquisitr , Lindsay Lohan is having trouble paying her rent due to financial problems with the IRS and other debtors.
Sheen in the meantime lent as much as $100,000 to the notorious actress who claimed to Entertainment Tonight that it was due payment for a project.
Lohan has not given Sheen so much as a “thank you” for his generosity. Sheen joked about the actresses lack of a response, “I’m still waiting for a text to say ‘thank you.’ Anything, you know?”
Sheen’s rep confirmed to ABC that Sheen lent Lohan the money, but would not say how much or how it was used.
Sheen himself wishes Lohan “the best,” stating that she is “a very good and decent young lady that is just going through a lot.”
He also told ET that “she just needs a little bit of time…People need to give her time to get her [life] together.”
The question remains how the money was used and how long it will take for Lindsay Lohan to get her problems sorted out.
Charlie Sheen obviously has confidence in her, being no stranger to similar problems himself, and remains sympathetic to her situation.
