‘Power’ Season 4 First Image Shows Shirtless Omari Hardwick Ahead Of Release Date
Ghost’s lies have finally caught up with him but not in the way fans expected. James “Ghost” St. Patrick was led out of his nightclub in handcuffs by his former lover, Angela Valdez, for a crime he did not commit. Season 4 of Power will continue from the explosive cliffhanger at the end of the third season. The release date for the fourth season is June 25, and first look images have been released featuring Omari Hardwick bloodied and shirtless in his prison garb.
Federal Agent Greg Knox was murdered by Mike Sandoval after he was revealed to be a mole working for the drug cartel. Ghost was in his apartment earlier, and DNA evidence led Valdez to believe that he was guilty of murder. With Ghost telling numerous lies, it didn’t take much for Angela Valdez to believe that he was guilty.
With Ghost off the streets, the action-packed trailer for Power Season 4 shows that Tommy Egan is making good on his promise to sell drugs in Ghost’s nightclub, Truth. As the new connect, Tommy has more power on the streets, and he has become more ruthless after he accidentally killed his girlfriend, Holly, in a fit of rage.

Tommy is Ghost’s best friend, but their friendship was tested in the last season of Power. Milan offered Tommy an opportunity to move up in the drug world, but he chose to stick with the devil he knew and killed Milan in collaboration with Ghost.
In the trailer for Power Season 4, Ghost proclaims his innocence while Kanan, played by 50 Cent, plots his return to the drug game. Tasha will have a new love interest, but she will support Ghost during his trail because they are still a family.

James St. Patrick will find out who is truly by his side when he is down and out. Power Season 4 teases a betrayal with a “who will turn?” teaser.
Ghost will attempt to get bail as he awaits trial, and Sung Kang will play Assistant U.S. Attorney John Mak as part of the prosecution team along with Angela Valdez.
Entertainment Weekly spoke with Omari Hardwick about his character’s physique in the upcoming season.
“It’s extremely corny to have a guy who’s physical but not have him working out,” says Hardwick. “It doesn’t make any sense. I can’t stand that about shows or films. Ghost is caged in. It’s partly symbolic of a lion trapped who can’t roar. He has to maintain his sanity, so he uses weights.”

Showrunner and executive producer Courtney A. Kemp also spoke about Power Season 4 Episode 1, which has a release date of June 25.
“That’s why I call the first episode ‘When I Get Out,'” Kemp tells EW. “It’s about him trying to keep it together because he knows he didn’t do it, and Angela is scheming and mad at him. She actually thinks he did it.”

Valdez calls Ghost the “biggest mistake of her life” in the trailer, and it seems like the former lovers have no chance of getting back together after all that has happened. Tasha will also move on from Ghost with a new lover, who is yet to be revealed.
Dre, who is played by Rotimi, is going to be like a younger Ghost in the upcoming season. He will work his angle with Kanan, and his loyalty to Ghost is yet to be tested. It is unclear whether he will be working with Tommy Egan, who now has the drug connection with Ghost in jail.
