Former Dance Moms star Chloe Lukasiak is now officially 16!

On Wednesday, the birthday girl hosted a Sweet 16 bash with her family and closest friends. The former Dance Moms dancer held the fun pool party at a chic mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

According to reports, the birthday bash was attended by Chloe Lukasiak’s closest friends including Mason Cook, R5’s Rydell Lynch, The Foster‘s Kalana Epstein, Ricky Garcia and Aidan Alexander.

The birthday celebrant also treated her guests with a photo booth, nail art stations, and a DJ. They also enjoyed delicious mini hamburgers, chicken fingers, mac and cheese and custom “mocktails.”

Meanwhile, Chloe Lukasiak’s friends from Dance Moms sent their warm birthday greetings and promised to spend time together soon.

In an interview with E! News, the young dancer turned actress revealed that she is going to be quite busy and productive this year. The reality star hinted on her upcoming projects including movies, clothing line and returning to her “dance roots.”

“This is already looking like it’s going to be such a great year. I’m looking forward to new film roles, I’ll be returning to my dance roots and you all might be seeing that journey soon. I’m also working on a fashion collection and have a book in the works! Oh and driving!”

Apparently, the Dance Moms fan favorite has been very keen on driving and revealed that she’s looking forward to driving, especially now that she has her permit.

“I’ve noticed a lot of people my age don’t feel like they need a driver’s license because they can Uber everywhere, but I just got my permit and can’t wait to drive!”

After her exit from the hit Lifetime show, Chloe Lukasiak has been quite busy in building her career in various industries. The former Abby Lee Miller mentee has solidified her name in the movie industry as she starred in a teen drama film Center Stage: On Pointe.

Many were quick to applaud Chloe Lukasiak’s impressive portrayal of Gwen Murphy, a talented dancer who competes in the camp. In an interview with Teen Vogue, Chloe revealed that she has always been a fan of the franchise and couldn’t be more proud to be part of it.

“Oh my gosh, it was like my favorite movie growing up. I can’t wrap my head around the fact that I’m part of that franchise. I honestly loved that movie growing up. I grew up as a dancer and hadn’t really known that I wanted to be an actor, so growing up, I just really appreciated that movie…. [And] this one was like strictly ballet, which I really, really liked.”

The Dance Moms alum also took on a starring role as Savanah Stocker in the movie A Cowgirl’s Story.

Chloe Lukasiak is also set to star in another movie this year. The aspiring actress landed her first lead role as Alexandra “Lexi” Smith in the upcoming sci-fi flick Loophole. The film is expected to come out sometime this year.

“This role is actually the first time I am ever the lead in a movie, which is a lot more pressure than I was expecting. It was a lot to adjust to at first. It was a lot more action-based than anything I’ve done before.”

Aside from movies, the Dance Moms star is also busy with her inspirational book Girl on Pointe: Chloe’s Guide to Taking on the World. According to the young star, the book will give her fans a glimpse of her life while sharing some advice based on her personal experiences.

“It’s definitely stuff I don’t think my fans know about me. It’s the ultimate behind-the-scenes of my life. It’s something really close to my heart. I’ve always been the self-proclaimed nerd of the group. I love reading and writing so this just seemed so natural and so right. It’s been a crazy journey so far.”

Chloe Lukasiak’s Girl on Pointe: Chloe’s Guide to Taking on the World is set to release on January 23, 2018. Fans can also pre-order the book on Amazon.
