Kim Kardashian Drops Bombshells About Marijuana, ‘White’ Kanye West, And Taylor Swift Alleged Feud

Kim Kardashian just proved that like so many other celebrities, she can’t hold back when it’s Real Housewives king Andy Cohen asking the questions. At an interview with questions ranging from Kim’s views on the man who calls himself the “white” Kanye West to her alleged feud with Taylor Swift, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star got shockingly candid about her feelings. In the process, Kardashian threw some subtle shade, along with talking marijuana, alcohol, and her past marriages.

Responding to questions on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live, Kim spoke about the highly publicized “Snapchat incident” that took place last year involving her husband Kanye West and singer Taylor Swift. At the time, Kardashian shocked everyone involved when she played a no-longer-secret recording of a phone conversation between Kanye and Taylor, in which the two chatted about West’s controversial “Famous” lyric that addressed making Swift “famous,” reported CBS 8.

Considerable speculation has taken place since the Snapchat incident about whether Kim got in touch with Taylor, and Kardashian finally responded to all the gossip. She revealed that since that drama, she has had no contact with Swift.

But when a fan stayed on the topic of Kim’s alleged feud with Taylor by talking about Kendall Jenner’s reported membership in Swift’s girl squad, it got complicated. The fan wanted to know if Kardashian’s reported feud with Swift made life “awkward” with Kendall because of Jenner’s supposed position in the girl squad. Kim threw some subtle shade at the squad by denying her sister’s membership in the squad.

“I don’t know if Kendall was a part of [Taylor Swift’s] squad, I don’t think she was.”

Consequently, Kardashian insisted that there was no “awkward” situation created between the two sisters as a result of her drama with Taylor or her husband’s alleged feud with Swift.

While some of the audience seemed to want to hear more about Kim and Swift, Andy Cohen himself admitted his fascination with the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star’s habits when it comes to the use of marijuana and alcohol. Commenting on her clean lifestyle, Cohen expressed his surprise at learning that Kim does not use marijuana and rarely drinks, noted CNN.

Kardashian revealed that those decisions about marijuana and alcohol date back to her late father, attorney Robert Kardashian. He gave her driving lessons when she was only 14-years-old, making her the designated driver around her sister Kourtney Kardashian.

“He made me go with my sister every weekend to watch her,” revealed Kim. “I felt this responsibility of driving everyone.”

Prior to marrying Kanye West, Kardashian was married to basketball player Kris Humphries for 72 days in 2011. And she also had a bombshell to drop about that infamously short marriage, revealing that she realized there were problems on her honeymoon.

“At the time…I just thought holy s**t, I’m 30 years old. I better get this together. I better get married.”

But that wasn’t the only shocker to come out of Kim’s interview with Andy Cohen. James Kennedy has famously been proclaiming himself the “white Kanye West,” and that’s had everyone wondering exactly what Kardashian and Kanye think about that nickname. Kim and DJ James finally ended up in the same room when she appeared as a guest on Watch What Happens Live with Andy, noted Bravo’s Daily Dish.

Cohen, never one to hesitate when it comes to direct questions, asked Kardashian how she felt about hearing someone call himself the “white Kanye West.” Kim’s answer surprised everyone.

“I think [the ‘white Kanye West’ nickname is] cool.”

James made his gratitude clear. He previously clarified how he created the nickname.

“I’ve been a Kanye West fan since the day I first heard his music, I’ve understood his music and more so have appreciated his production as a music producer from the samples he uses to the bass sounds for melody,” he clarified.

Kennedy also expressed his admiration for West, noting that the rapper “never doubted himself” and has succeeded in staying “the same Kanye” through the years. But the DJ admitted that he received some backlash as a result of his nickname.

“Some people get angry at the fact that I said I’m the ‘white Kanye West.'”

However, James defended himself, pointing out that he, like West, has a passion for exploring “sound” and crafting original creations.

“I want to create something nobody has ever heard or seen before and I have nothing stopping me, the only thing that could possibly stop me is myself,” summed up Kennedy.
