‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Julian Is A Free Man, Alexis Steps In By Coaching Scotty

The long-awaited Julian Jerome (William deVry) trial is here and just when it seems that there is no place for Julian to go but prison, it seems that he has found a way to beat the system yet again according to spoilers. General Hospital teasers indicate that Julian won’t serve time for the most recent crime spree where for once he was not the mastermind behind the criminal plot. General Hospital fans know that Julian didn’t do the crimes he is awaiting trial for and that in fact, it was his sister Olivia Jerome’s (Tonja Walker) doing. Julian was blackmailed by Liv when she threatened his family, and he was forced into doing her evil bidding.

For once it seems that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) won’t be able to help Julian escape the arm of justice because she has lost her law license, or can she? In the past, Alexis has always been able to get Julian off scot-free for his crimes, but the irony is that now that he’s innocent she is unable to help him.

General Hospital spoilers indicate that Alexis specializes in these kinds of criminal matters and her expertise could be the pivotal factor as to whether Julian will be going to prison or set free. The question is if Alexis will help him, and if so how could she grant Julian his freedom.

Julian has one of the best lawyers defending him in Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner), but even Scott has limits. Scott told Julian that his case could be damaging to Scott’s track record because the Port Charles Police Department has all the evidence it needs to send Julian to Pentonville for the rest of his life.

Julian could be in really big trouble because according to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Julian turned down the DA’s deal and said that he was going to plead his innocence. Julian felt so strongly about his innocence that he even refused the DA’s deal of letting him go free if he helped them to set up Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Julian was born and raised in the mob. He knows the code of all gangsters, and the mob at large is never to rat anyone out and to resolve your disputes among yourselves without involving the police or state.

General Hospital fans should know by now that Julian had another agenda when he turned down the DA’s deal and will remember that his sister murdered Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) and he still carries guilt about her role in killing him. In fact, Morgan’s death was caused by both of Julian’s sisters which has only served to escalate the hostility between Julian and Sonny. Julian will likely not want to stir the wrath of Sonny further until his own ducks are in a row and he is a position to fight back.

As far as Alexis is concerned, will she ever be able to give up on Julian? General Hospital spoilers reveal that her daughters are opposed to Alexis getting involved with anything Julian-related again. But Alexis has always followed her heart in matters of love. General Hospital fans will remember that when Julian was playing cat and mouse with the police and wanted to leave town, that she wanted one last night in Julian’s arms before he left. It is obvious that Alexis still has very strong feelings for Julian.

If her past actions are anything to go by, Alexis is not willing to let Julian go, and she will step in to save the day and save the man she loves from going to prison. Spoilers indicate that Alexis may prove to be an invaluable help to Scott as he prepares for Julian’s trial. According to General Hospital spoilers although Alexis is not physically able to fight Julian’s battle for him this time, she will provide Scott with all the tools he needs to be able to help Julian beat the system once again.

Alexis knows that she will face hellfire with Sonny once he finds out that she helped Julian. But her child’s father must accept the fact that she helped Julian because she knows that he is innocent and only helped Liv to protect her, her daughter and his other kids. Alexis will help Julian and then in typical General Hospital fashion, she will let the chips fall where they may.
