Kylie Jenner Admits How She Got Her Famous Curves, Despite Hating Work Outs

Kylie Jenner may still only be in her teens, but the reality star has caused a bit of controversy when it comes to her envy-worthy figure. However, this time the drama is over how the 19-year-old achieved her famous curves as she speaks out on her workout routine and diet.

E! News reported Jenner got in shape “by basically doing nothing” in an article this month. Kylie was recently spotted looking more toned than ever as she flaunted her slim figure in a crop-top and bike shorts.

“[Kylie Jenner] stepped out on Los Angeles while filming her new E! docu-series Life of Kylie on Wednesday, wearing a pair of black P.E Nation biking shorts and a sports bra. The ensemble showed off her noticeably slimmer waist, toned abs and legs.”

The site stated that Jenner has been “looking super toned these days” as fans speculate on how she achieved her slim waist and bodacious bottom half. But E! News has an answer that may surprise any Kardashian-Jenner fan, as the site said Kylie does practically nothing.

“The answer will probably leave you unsatisfied…She’s pretty much doing nothing.”

In fact, it has been reported that Jenner informed her Snapchat followers she hates working out and basically eats whatever she wants.

“Kylie has openly admitted on Snapchat that she doesn’t like working out, and she’s always eating whatever she wants for the most part — from french fries to burgers to bacon.”

But before readers start singing about plastic surgery rumors, E! News said Kylie has been working on cutting out dairy and eating healthier after finding she’s lactose intolerant.

“However, over the last few years she said she’s been a little more focused on eating healthier. In fact, she told E! News she lost weight after finding out she’s lactose intolerant. Thus, she said she’s been focused on cutting dairy from her diet and drinking pressed juices, which have helped her slim down.”

But when it comes to hitting the gym, Kylie seems to have better things to do, as sister Khloe Kardashian stated in a post on her app.

“Kylie doesn’t really work out. She did come with Kourt and me one time, when Don was training us. Don does four quarters in each session, and Kylie only stayed for one quarter.”

Of course, readers shared their opinions in the comments section, as many had a lot to say on the topic. While some commenters called Kylie a “fake,” others agreed that her age allows her to consume whatever food she pleases while maintaining her figure.

“Uh when I was 19 I could eat whatever I wanted and still looked toned. When she hits 30 then she will see she can’t live like that anymore lol.”

However, another reader expressed their doubt over Kylie’s claims that her curves came from weight gain.

“Why lie there has been some plastic surgery done own it your butt and hips didn’t get like that just from eating junk food then eating healthy.”

In a previous interview with InStyle magazine, Jenner discussed her bodacious figure as she attributed her curviness to weight gain.

“I used to be 120 [pounds]. I was like 16, I was really skinny…Now I’m pushing like 136 [pounds]…but it’s alright, I like the chunkiness.”

On another note, the cosmetics queen also attributed knowing her angles when taking selfies and her amazing genetics, thanks to Caitlyn Jenner. Kylie may have plenty of ways to defend her ever-changing looks, but not all fans are sold on the idea that her curves are natural.
