‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Spoilers: Stephanie Is Missing, Alex Confronts Jo’s Past, And Nathan Gets A Shocker
Grey’s Anatomy spoilers tease the Season 13’s finale will be action-packed and should not be missed. In Episode 23, which aired on Thursday, May 11, Stephanie Edwards (Jerrika Hinton) is missing, and the whole hospital is looking for her. Alex Karev (Justin Chambers) confronts Jo Wilson’s (Camilla Luddington) past with the plan to serve her ex-husband with divorce papers so they can be together.
Grey’s Anatomy spoilers also indicate that Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) will rush to Grey-Sloan to tell Nathan Riggs (Martin Henderson) that Megan, Owen Hunt’s (Kevin McKidd) sister, is alive and will be arriving at the hospital in a few hours. It looks like a great episode that will lead the show into Season 14.
Stephanie is missing
Grey’s Anatomy spoilers indicate that Dr. Edwards’ life is in danger after a dangerous patient takes her hostage and demands that she show him how to get out of the hospital. Stephanie slowly began to piece together that the patient is not a nice person and could be a dangerous criminal.
As an attempt to save herself and the rest of the people in the hospital, Dr. Edwards set the man on fire. He rolled close to the oxygen tanks, which resulted in an explosion.
So far, Grey’s Anatomy spoilers have not revealed if Stephanie will die in the blast, but it seems pretty likely. The actress, Jerrika Hinton, announced that she was leaving to star in Alan Ball’s new HBO series, TV Line reported. It isn’t clear if Hinton would appear from time to time or if she would be killed off completely.
Many Grey’s Anatomy fans doubt that Dr. Edwards survived the blast. According to Movie Fone, the viewers will know her future on the Season 13 finale on Thursday, May 18.
Alex Confront’s Jo’s Past
Grey’s Anatomy spoilers suggest that Alex may confront Jo’s abusive ex-husband and demand that he sign the divorce papers. Will her estranged husband find out where she is and pay her a visit? It seems highly likely since Dr. Paul Stadler (Matthew Morrison) could be a series regular for Season 14.
Last week, Dr. Karev struggled to come to a decision on whether he should confront Dr. Stadler with divorce papers. He played several scenarios in his mind about what could happen, and nearly all of them resulted in him landing a spot in jail again. So will Alex finally introduce himself to Jo’s estranged husband? Viewers will find out during the Season 13 finale.
Nathan Gets A Shocker
At the end of Episode 23, Grey’s Anatomy revealed that Megan, Owen’s sister, and Riggs’ fiancee, is alive. Both Nathan and Owen had believed that she was dead as they looked for her for months. Now, they learn that she is alive. Nothing is known about her condition, only that she is alive and is in need of medical treatment.
Grey’s Anatomy spoilers revealed that Megan’s arrival could put stress on Nathan’s budding relationship with Meredith. Of course, Meredith will take a step back and allow Nathan to work through his feelings for Megan, but it may be tough for her to watch. It will be very interesting to see how it works out.
It looks like Owen and Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) may get back together too. Or at least, they are on the road to reconciliation. He trusted her enough to tell her what’s going on with Megan and allowed her to call the hospital for an update on her condition.
Grey’s Anatomy fans, do you think Stephanie Edwards died in the explosion? Will Alex hand Dr. Stadler divorce papers to completely free Jo from her abusive husband? How will Megan’s arrival impact Meredith and Rigg’s relationship?
