Josh Murray And Amanda Stanton Split! ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Star’s Temper To Blame?
Josh Murray’s relationship with Amanda Stanton has been through a lot of rough times. The couple has faced breakup rumors ever since their time on Bachelor in Paradise, but it now appears like their relationship is officially over. Were his anger problems to blame for the break-up?
An inside source just confirmed to Us Magazine that Murray and Stanton have parted ways. Rumors of a potential split gained momentum after a series of cryptic messages on social media last week.
“Never mistake someone’s kindness for weakness,” Stanton wrote in a post on Friday.
The reality star followed up with a few party photos with friends over the weekend, which is reminiscent of Andi Dorfman’s break-up party back in 2015.
Murray, meanwhile, enjoyed a more relaxed weekend with his dog, Sable. The Bachelorette alum posted a picture of his dog and his car packed with belongings.
He later shared an image of himself snuggling with Stanton’s 4-year-old daughter, Kinsley, with the caption, “I will always love this precious little angel.”
In early December, a source revealed that Murray and Stanton were on the verge of a split. The source explained how “their relationship is always up in the air” and that it has “been like that from the beginning.” The insider added that they “definitely have their issues.”
Potential problems between Murray and Stanton first surfaced on Bachelor in Paradise. According to New York Magazine, Murray became the season’s biggest villain following Chad Johnson’s quick exit at the hands of host Chris Harrison.
Not only did Murray display a short temper on the show, but he also took a big hit in Dorfman’s revealing memoir. In her book, Dorfman claims that Murray was emotionally abusive following their engagement on the season finale of The Bachelorette.
The situation was made worse after Nick Viall tried to pursue Stanton. Things quickly turned ugly between Viall and Murray, who also famously competed for Dorfman’s heart on The Bachelorette. While Viall went on to become the next Bachelor, Murray one over Stanton’s heart and got engaged.
According to Just Jared, Stanton first competed on The Bachelor during Ben Higgins’ season. Stanton made it to the hometown dates before getting eliminated. She has two daughters from previous relationships.
Meanwhile, Hollywood Take reports that Murray and Stanton’s break-up may have been caused by his temper. An insider revealed that their most recent fight was “more serious” than anything in the past, and they ultimately decided to part ways because of his “temper.”
It’s important to note that Josh Murray and Amanda Stanton have not addressed the rumors about their split. Their social media activity, however, has sparked a lot of responses from fans, many of whom believe the relationship is over.
“The pic of Sable in the car made me so sad for everyone involved,” one fan shared. “I’m sure this is so hard on all of you and only you all know what’s best. Despite all the rumors, Murray and Stanton have put on a good public face in recent weeks. During a “Jingle Ball” concert, Stanton revealed that their relationship was still going strong.
“I feel like we’ve been through a lot in the past couple of months,” she explained. “I mean, kind of merging our families together. He brought his dog with him, he’s meeting my kids. So, it’s been a lot, but I definitely feel like we’ve gotten stronger through it. We’re really happy.”
Right after Stanton declared that their relationship was going so well, TMZ is reporting that a huge fight broke out between them at the “Jingle Ball.”
Although there are conflicting stories about what the fight was all about, the couple reportedly split the following day.
