Get A Better Booty: Khloe Kardashian Has The Workout For You

Khloe Kardashian is showing you how to get a better butt. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has been very serious about working out ever since she left estranged husband, Lamar Odom. She has since attained her revenge body and grew a booty along with it.

Speaking of booty, Khloe Kardashian was seen running to the gym and doing errands over the weekend. The 32-year-old star has lost a lot of weight, slimmed down, and sculpted her body by working out at the gym. Kardashian was spotted hitting the gym and taking a trip to the Beverly Hills skin care shop, Nurse Jamie, on Sunday, December 4, reports X17Online. She was photographed wearing a black pullover sweatshirt with black leggings that featured red, white, blue, and yellow paneling going down each leg.

Khloe pulled her look together with a black backpack, a black baseball cap, and black and yellow trainers. She also held a pink drink in one hand and her car eyes in the other as she kept her eyes shielded with black aviator sunglasses. Although Khloe has worked with personal trainer Gunnar Peterson in the past, she took to Snapchat to document her workout with trainer Don Brooks, reports the Daily Mail. Don even shared some clips of Khloe performing a combination of floor and strength training exercises.

After their sweat session, the reality star shared a Snapchat video of herself getting her moles and freckles lasered. She also shared a snapshot from her Yeezy photo shoot with sister Kim Kardashian on Instagram. The photo, which was first released last month by 032c magazine, was photographed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

This comes after Khloe Kardashian released a 90s-style workout video for Vogue, which was first posted on the fashion publication’s website on Thursday, December 1. In the two-minute video, Kardashian is seen wearing a black top with sheer sleeves and black leggings as she tells her fans how they can get a “better booty.”

“Hi, I’m Khloe Kardashian, and these are a few of my favorite sculpting moves to help you look great in a pair of jeans,” she’s heard saying in the grainy footage, which looks like something out of a VHS workout video.

The reality star then takes fans through six routines to help enhance their bottom, which includes the sandbag bridge, the clean squat, jumping squats, lateral raises, deadlifts, and kettlebell moves.

“Remember, you guys never regret doing your workout, you only regret not doing your workout,” Khloe says into the camera. “Guys, now these are my sculpting moves to look fabulous in your denim.”

Kardashian is the co-founder of Good American, her new denim line that offers sizes ranging from 00 to 24. She revealed at Fortune’s Most Powerful Women Next Gen conference last week that being body-shamed inspired her new line. Just don’t call Kardashian “plus-sized.”

“F*** that,” she said. “I don’t want to be called that – I’m a woman with curves, and what I would say was average size at the time. I was very proud of who I was. I felt so shamed at the time to go into boutiques and denim shopping. It was something that was super hard for me to do.”

Khloe stated that she wanted Good American to cater to women of all body shapes and sizes, no matter how big or small they are.

“Like a lot of good business ideas, you have to start with a problem,” added Kardashian’s business partner, Emma Grede.
