Nick Cannon Knocks Up Beauty Queen, Ex-Wife Mariah Carey Sets The Rules
Brittany Bell, Nick Cannon’s ex-girlfriend, is pregnant with their first child together. The America’s Got Talent host already has twins with former wife, Mariah Carey.
In an interview with The Breakfast Club last Thursday, the 36-year-old TV personality confirmed that a baby is indeed on the way.
“Who said it wasn’t mine?” he quipped. “I’ve got a baby on the way… absolutely… God said be fruitful and multiply. I’m doing the Lord’s work… everybody get a baby! I’m passing them out.”
The 28-year-old Bell is a native of Guam and was the former Miss Arizona in 2010. Prior to joining the pageant, she worked as a dancer for the Phoenix Suns for three years until 2009. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism from Arizona State University.
She is currently the owner of Be Blushed, which she described on her LinkedIn page as providing “make-up and hair services for all areas of professional and personal aesthetic needs. Creating the look each client desires whether pageantry, bridal, photo/video shoot, or personal requests.”
Cannon used to date Bell before shacking up with Carey. But he refused to call the model an ex. It’s not clear what the status between the comedian and the former Miss Arizona is right now.
“I don’t have any exes. Mariah is my last ex,” he explained. “Everybody else is just people that I know, love and care for. [Bell] is not my ex!”
Speaking of Carey, Cannon declined to comment on the news that she already split with her billionaire husband, James Packer.

“Is she [single now]? You know better than me,” he told the radio hosts. “I thought they were working it out.”
He explained that he doesn’t like to get involved in the personal life of his ex. Or as he puts it, he’s on a “need to know basis.” The important thing is that the 5-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, are healthy and well provided for.
“I don’t want to know none of that other stuff. If it gets to that point [of marriage], like, we had those conversations, but after that, I don’t really need to be involved in it,” he said.
The divorce settlement between Cannon and Carey has just been recently revealed, and the TV personality clarified all the rumors that have surfaced regarding the money involved.

One of the hosts asked him if the songstress demanded that he fork over $50 million as part of the settlement and he sounded surprised before remarking, “I ain’t no billionaire.”
However, Cannon did hint that money might have come in between their marriage as he admitted that, during their fights, Carey would sometimes exclaim, “I could be with a billionaire.”
Meanwhile, TMZ reported some of the details of the divorce settlement between the estranged couple. In 2014, Carey earned $6.3 million while Cannon took home $2.7 million.
As part of the settlement, he has to deposit $5,000 a month for the twins’ trust fund while the singer is not required to provide a matching amount.
Also, if ever Cannon and Bell get married, he’s not allowed to tell the twins to call his new wife “mom,” “mama,” “mother,” or any other iteration of the endearment.
Carey will also have primary custody, with the TV host getting visitation rights on weekends. And if the latter comes in for a visit, the former would have to foot the bill.
One consolation for Cannon, however, is that he gets to keep his 2012 Ferrari California, which retailed for around $200,000 and was a gift from his ex-wife.
