Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson faced rumors of a breakup earlier this month, but according to a new report, they are still together.
Following reports claiming Thompson, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, had dumped the 32-year-old Keeping Up With the Kardashians star, a report confirmed their relationship was still intact after months of dating.
On November 11, Gossip Cop revealed that a recent report from Media Take Out was untrue . In the report, an unnamed source claimed Thompson’s teammates had been hassling him about his romance with Khloe Kardashian and even began calling him “Tristan Kardashian” in the team’s locker room.
“Khloe Kardashian may be a single lady again, and she has her NBA baller Tristan Thompson’s teammates to blame for the demise of her relationship,” the outlet alleged, reporting a significant other of another member of the team had claimed Thompson was being teased by his teammates.
The outlet also claimed that Thompson had shared a photo of himself on Instagram, which confirmed that he had opted against inviting Khloe Kardashian to accompany him during a recent visit to the White House. However, as Gossip Cop explained, Khloe Kardashian was not available to attend the White House event due to the birth of her niece, Dream Kardashian, who was born last week in Los Angeles. In addition, Gossip Cop continued, the outlet’s report came just a short time after they had suggested Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson were engaged.
While Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson might not have parted ways in recent weeks, she hinted at trouble in paradise on Instagram when she shared a post which spoke of letting go of toxic people in her life. Then, around the same time, breakup rumors began swirling again after a report claimed the reality star was in fear of Thompson possibly cheating on her during his NBA season with the Cleveland Cavaliers.
“[Tristan Thompson]’s well into his NBA season and on the road every other day now,” a source told Hollywood Life on November 14. “And while things are still hot and sexy between him and [Khloe Kardashian], she’s been down this road before and quite frankly, she’s nervous. She watched women go nuts over him while she was in Cleveland, and she’s uncomfortable when he goes on the road because she’s not there to watch his every move.”
As fans may recall, Khloe Kardashian was married to Lamar Odom for four years when rumors began swirling in regard to his possible drug use and affairs with multiple women.
“[Khloe Kardashian] knows the drill: he’s out at the club with his boys, popping bottles and turning up,” the insider continued. “Women and strippers in his VIP section, twerking on him and telling him everything a man wants to hear. Those are some serious temptations he’s faced with daily and Khloe hopes that when those ratchet demons are enticing him he remembers her and the special connection they have. Khloe doesn’t want to come off overbearing or clingy – but she’s very nervous when he’s on the road.”
In addition to her past drama with Odom, who she recently divorced, Khloe Kardashian was also faced with infidelity during her relationship with James Harden, which lasted from last summer to the end of last year. During an episode of her FYI talk show, Kocktails With Khloe , earlier this year, Khloe Kardashian put the Houston Rockets player on blast and revealed that after begging her to be in a committed relationship, he strayed from their romance.
