Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton’s Wedding: Are They Really Inviting Miranda Lambert And Gavin Rossdale?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are reportedly finalizing their wedding plans, and there are numerous new rumors floating around about their nuptials. According to one report, their guest list is going to include quite a few famous faces, and their exes, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, even scored an invite to the star-studded affair.

According to a Radar Online report, new details about Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s wedding have been “leaked” online. A source claims that the couple had a hard time agreeing on a wedding venue, and they even argued over which state the event would take place in. Blake reportedly wanted to have a small ceremony on his property in Oklahoma, but Gwen Stefani wanted to have a big, extravagant wedding in her home state of California.

According to the Radar Online source, Blake eventually gave in to Gwen Stefani’s demands, and they settled on having their ceremony at the Church of the Good Shepherd, a Catholic church in Beverly Hills. Gwen Stefani’s guest list allegedly includes 700 people, including celebrities like Katy Perry and Jennifer Aniston. The famous faces Blake decided to invite are rumored to include Keith Urban and Luke Bryan.

Radar Online‘s source alleges that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are “seriously considering inviting Gwen’s cheating ex, Gavin Rossdale, and Blake’s former wife, Miranda Lambert” to the wedding. But would they really risk making what is supposed to be a happy occasion awkward and uncomfortable by inviting their exes?

Some or all of the stars mentioned above could end up on Stefani and Shelton’s guest list when they do get married, but a rep for Gwen Stefani recently told Gossip Cop that the couple definitely is not tying the knot in front of a large group of famous faces at the Church of the Good Shepherd on May 5, 2017. This is the wedding date that both Radar Online and the print edition of OK! Magazine list in their latest reports on Stefani and Shelton’s nuptials. Stefani’s rep also said that the photo of a supposed wedding invitation printed on the cover of OK! Magazine is a fake.

However, fans of Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton’s relationship shouldn’t be too disappointed to have yet another wedding rumor shot down. If a recent report by Us Weekly proves to be true, Gwen and Blake will be married much sooner than the erroneous May 5 date.

Earlier this month, a source close to Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton told Us Weekly that the couple is finalizing their wedding plans and are hoping to tie the knot before the end of the year. According to another report by the magazine, Gwen Stefani actually doesn’t want to have a huge wedding; she’d rather have a “low-key” ceremony at Blake’s ranch in Oklahoma.

Gossip Cop has attempted to debunk the recent Us Weekly report about Gwen and Blake’s wedding by revealing that its insider is “not aware” of any finalized wedding plans. This is not an outright denial like the rumor-busting website usually gets from Gwen Stefani’s rep, and Gossip Cop admits that Us Weekly “has been fairly accurate with its reporting about the couple.”

It’s possible that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are just super-secretive about their wedding because they don’t want the paparazzi to know when it’s taking place. As People reports, a long list of stars have pulled off surprise weddings, including Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux. They fooled their wedding guests by telling them they were attending a birthday party for Justin. Perhaps Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton will trick their friends and family members with fake invites to a Thanksgiving dinner or a Christmas party.

The Us Weekly source did confirm that Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton haven’t even told their family members the exact date when they plan on tying the knot, so this backs up the surprise wedding theory.
