Witness Alleges Donald Trump Raped 12-Year-Old ‘Maria,’ Threatened 13-Year-Old ‘Jane Doe’ Would Disappear Like ‘Maria’ If She Revealed She Was Also Raped

“Tiffany Doe,” one of the witnesses in the lawsuit filed against the Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, claimed she witnessed Trump raping 13-year-old “Jane Doe” repeatedly in 1994. Tiffany Doe also accused Trump of sexually assaulting another child, a 12-year-old girl identified as “Maria.”

Tiffany Doe claimed (view court document here) that she personally witnessed Trump raping 13-year-old “Jane Doe.” She claimed she also witnessed Trump forcing 12-year-old “Maria” to perform oral sex on him. She claimed that after the acts, Trump physically abused both girls.

According to Tiffany Doe, after raping Jane Doe, Trump threatened to harm her and her family if she revealed what happened to her. Trump also allegedly warned Jane Doe that she should never talk about what happened to her if she did not want to disappear like 12-year-old Maria.

“I personally witnessed Defendant Trump telling the Plaintiff that she shouldn’t ever say anything if she didn’t want to disappear like the 12-year-old female Maria, and that he was capable of having her whole family killed,” Tiffany Doe alleged.

Tiffany Doe said that after she stopped working for Epstein as a “party planner” in 2002, he threatened to kill her and her family if she ever talked about witnessing child rape at his parties.

Tiffany said she was aware that she was exposing herself and her family to grave danger by agreeing to testify against Trump and Epstein.

The Inquisitr reported in June that “Jane Doe” filed a lawsuit alleging that Trump and billionaire investor Jeffrey Epstein raped her repeatedly at four parties hosted by Epstein at his Upper East Side home in 1994.

The plaintiff claimed that she was only 13-years-old at the time and that the men who raped her knew she was underage, according to Raw Story.

The lawsuit, which sought $100 million in damages, was first filed in California in April last year by a woman identified in the suit as Katie Johnson. But a court dismissed the suit in May due to multiple issues with the paperwork. For instance, it was found that the filing linked the plaintiff’s name with an abandoned address. The filing also allegedly cited “statutes that did not apply in the case,” the Inquisitr reported.

When the lawsuit was filed once again in New York last June, a new witness Tiffany Doe was added.

Tiffany claimed that she served as a “party planner” to Epstein. She was contracted to supply “adolescent women” to parties hosted in Epstein’s New York home, the Wexner Mansion.

According to Tiffany, she worked as a “party planner” for Epstein from 1991 to 2001. Tiffany said she was paid to procure young girls to Epstein’s parties. She claimed, according to the court documents, that her duty was to “personally witness and supervise encounters between the underage girls that Mr Epstein hired and his guests.”

Tiffany Doe admitted in the lawsuit that she lured Jane Doe to a party at Epstein’s home at 9 East 71st Street, with promises of cash and opportunities in the modeling industry.

She claimed that she personally witnessed Trump and Epstein raping Jane Doe at four parties and compelling her to participate in various types of sexual acts, although the men were aware that she was underage.

Tiffany also claimed that she saw Trump force a 12-year-old girl, identified in the court documents as Maria, to perform oral sex acts on him.

The girls, according to Tiffany, were raped and abused physically. They were subjected to acts of sexual violence.

The lawsuit gave other graphic details of alleged sexual mistreatment of the underage girls, including a claim that they were hit by the defendant and raped anally and vaginally.

Epstein and Trump also allegedly argued over who should have taken the plaintiff’s virginity.

The lawsuit pleaded with the court to waive New York’s five-year statute of limitation in civil rape cases on the grounds that the plaintiff was forced to remain silent for 20 years under threat of physical harm. The plaintiff asked for damages of only $75,000 to pay her attorney’s fees, and any other reliefs that the court may “deem just and proper.”

“Both defendants let Plaintiff [“Jane Doe”] know that each was a very wealthy, powerful man and indicated that they had the power, ability and means to carry out their threats,” the lawsuit read.

The plaintiff said she remained silent for 20 years because she believed the men were capable of fulfilling the threats.

Epstein was convicted in 2008 and served 13 months in prison for soliciting an underage girl for prostitution.

Trump is scheduled to appear in federal court on December 16 for a status conference, according to Raw Story.

Alan Garten, Trump organization vice president and general counsel, dismissed the accusations as “categorically untrue, completely fabricated and politically motivated,” according to the New York Daily News.

But some detractors of the GOP presidential candidate recalled that he once admitted to have “known Epstein for 15 years” and said he was a “terrific guy.”

“He [Epstein] is a lot of fun to be with,” Trump said, according to the New York Magazine. “It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it, Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
