Miranda Lambert allegedly had a “private word” with ex-husband, Blake Shelton, recently at a Nashville Gala. Shelton reportedly waited for Lambert backstage so he could speak with her privately. Radar Online reports that Blake Shelton told Miranda Lambert in that private conversation that she looked amazing and he misses her. But did he really?
The new Saturday report by Radar Online goes on to say Gwen Stefani, 47, is determined to keep Shelton close to her, and she even put on a “PDA make-out session” with Shelton on Friday in California. Despite recent rumors that Blake Shelton secretly met up with Miranda Lambert, who he was married to for just over four years, Stefani allegedly says she’s “never been happier.”

Blake Shelton, 40, and Miranda Lambert, 32, went their separate ways over a year ago, after being together for nearly 10 years. Us Weekly shared back in July 2015 that Shelton and Lambert’s divorce was finalized just hours after they publicly announced their split on July 20. The couple jointly agreed that their marriage, after dating for five years, had become something they had not “envisioned.”
“And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We are real people, with real lives, with real families, friends, and colleagues.”
Rhythm and blues musician, Anderson East, 28, then began dating Miranda Lambert in December 2015, while Blake Shelton started dating his Voice colleague, Gwen Stefani, in November 2015. Both couples have since been met with several rumors, including pregnancy rumors, wedding rumors, and even cheating rumors. The latest rumor, started by Radar Online over a week ago, claims that Shelton cornered Lambert backstage at an unspecified Nashville Gala on an unspecified date.
At this private meeting, Radar Online claims that Blake Shelton first complimented ex, Miranda Lambert, on her newest song, “Vice,” and then told her she “looked amazing.” Radar Online then claims that Shelton asked to speak with Lambert privately, where he allegedly said that he’s still carrying “emotional baggage” and guilt from their divorce last summer.
“He told her he regressed how their split became so nasty, and even suggested he wished their marriage could have worked out. He also told Miranda he misses her!”
An inside source allegedly told the celebrity gossip magazine that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert were caught together backstage, while Gwen Stefani was thousands of miles away from Nashville. The alleged source also went on to say that Shelton lied to Stefani about his meeting with Lambert, saying that he “avoided” her instead.
Fans of all three singers don’t know what to believe anymore. This recent rumor about a secret Blake Shelton, Miranda Lambert meeting has fans saying that they don’t think Shelton and Stefani will even be together this time next year, despite rumors that the couple is planning to get married. Hall of Fame Magazine says the wedding rumors are not confirmed, but the couple appeared happy at a recent trip to Disneyland with Stefani’s three children.
Rumors have also been swirling that Miranda Lambert and Anderson East are planning to get married soon. Hollywood Take reported on October 6 that the couple has recently been rumored to not only be engaged, but also to be expecting their first child together — both of which are untrue, according to sources. But fairly recent social media posts do suggest that Lambert and East are still seriously dating.
Gossip Cop blasted Radar Online for starting the rumor that Blake Shelton secretly met up with Miranda Lambert in Nashville, saying that the story is completely “made up.” According to Gossip Cop , Shelton hasn’t even been in Nashville since August. And, although, Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert both did attend the annual ACM Honors in Nashville that same month, they did not cross paths “even once.”
