Noelle Paquette: Teacher Murdered By Sex Fantasy Killers, Tanya Bogdanovich, Michael MacGregor On ‘Snapped Killer Couples’ Tonight

Noelle Paquette, the beloved Ontario teacher who was savagely murdered by two rape fantasy killers, will have her story retraced on Snapped: Killer Couples. In tonight’s crime episode titled, “Tanya Bogdanovich and Michael MacGregor,” Ontario detectives recount the murder investigation of a missing teacher who vanished after a New Years Eve party three years ago. In addition to law enforcement investigators, Snapped: Killer Couples‘ viewers will also hear details of the case from friends and family members.

Noelle Paquette went missing from Sarnia, Ontario, in 2013, after leaving a New Year’s Eve party. Witnesses say she left the party abruptly after an argument with her boyfriend. Noelle ended up attempting to walk home after her efforts to get a cab ride home were unsuccessful.

Family members went into full panic mode after she failed to arrive home and all efforts to communicate with her failed. Police learned that Noelle Paquette was alive at 2:30 a.m. when she made the last phone call to her boyfriend.

Sadly, Noelle Paquette’s dead body was found just 24 hours later in a wooded area. An autopsy report found that she had been stabbed almost 50 times. A fatal stab wound pierced her heart.

Noelle Paquette’s death was connected to Tanya Bogdanovich and Michael MacGregor after a cop remembered an encounter with the couple the same night that she disappeared. The police officer remembered the following about the strange encounter.

  • Tanya Bogdanovich and Michael MacGregor had car trouble on the side of the road.
  • There was blood on their hands, leading the officer to ask about it.
  • The duo assured the officer that the blood came from playing around with a knife and that no one was murdered.

The truth was, someone had been murdered. Detectives quickly learned that after Noelle Paquette left the New Year’s Eve party upset, she took out on foot and was approached by Tanya Bogdanovich and Michael MacGregor. They abducted her and drove her to the woods, where they stabbed her dozens of times as she tried to fight them off. It was a gruesome and brutal murder, and coroners say that Noelle Paquette was alive through most of it.

Authorities allege that it was all part of a sick and twisted plan to kill someone to act out their “forest rape” fantasy. Court records show that 19-year-old Michael MacGregor met 31-year-old Tanya Bogdanovich, a mother of three, on a sex and bondage site, where their weird sex fetishes were revealed through character role play and raunchy blog talk.

But killer couple, Tanya Bogdanovich and Michael MacGregor. wanted to take that fantasy one step further by making it a reality. Their first choice for a victim was a teenage girl. However, when one wasn’t available, they targeted Noelle Paquette.

According to National Post, Tanya Bogdanovich and Michael MacGregor apologized to Noelle Paquette’s family at trial. But that apology did little to ease the pain of losing their precious daughter, who was remembered as strong-willed and “beautiful inside and out.” Noelle Paquette’s grief-stricken father, Roger Paquette, thanked everyone for their support, and stated that they will live on despite their sadness, IF Press reported.

“We are also very thankful for the love and support given to our friends and our community. This sentencing is neither an ending nor a beginning. It is a dramatic change in all of our lives. It is a message to everyone to be cautious but not afraid, to live life to the fullest and to love and be kind. Our memories of our daughter, Noelle, have given us the courage to live on. We will cherish these memories of her love, faith, kindness, giving to others and freedom to dance through her legacy in Noelle’s Gift.”
