Vicki Gunvalson decided to come back to The Real Housewives of Orange County even though she had tried to clear her name when the show was on hiatus. During the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion, Vicki revealed that she had indeed embellished on some of the stories that Brooks Ayers had shared in regards to his cancer. Maybe Gunvalson realized that his stories had red flags, but she argued that she merely defended a man she loved. And while fans may understand her position, they don’t understand her constant need to slam former friend Shannon Beador.
According to a new tweet, Vicki Gunvalson is now setting the record straight in regards to her gossiping about Beador’s marriage. Of course, Shannon has been very vocal about her husband’s affair, so it isn’t a secret that they have had their hardships. But it is rude to keep bringing these issues up, especially when they are not getting along. Some people believe that she may be bringing up these issues because she’s jealous that she’s not married herself.

“Are you attacking people’s marriages because no one wants to be with you?” one person wrote to Vicki Gunvalson, questioning why she felt it was necessary to attack Shannon Beador’s marriage, to which Vicki replied, “No not at all! I love marriage. I don’t condone bad behavior.”

Vicki Gunvalson has continuously said that she hates being alone. She started dating Brooks Ayers before she was fully divorced from Donn, and she quickly jumped into her relationship with Steve Lodge. While she was single for a while, Gunvalson was still dealing with issues in regards to Brooks, including doing interviews to clear her name. It sounds like some people will never forgive her for how things went down with Ayers.
But these days, Vicki is thankful for everything she has. She’s admitted that her business, COTO Insurance, took a hit after the cancer scandal, but she’s worked hard to get back on track. She’s thankful for her family and her grandchildren, and she’s happy in her new relationship with Lodge. Fans met him on Monday’s episode of the show.

I think the tough times are definitely needed in our lives, so we appreciate the good times. Of course, Gunvalson is thrilled that she has found a loving boyfriend, since she had a boyfriend before who may have lied to her. Many felt that she was being used, but she kept defending him, which didn’t sit well with her co-stars and fans. As Tamra Judge so nicely said, Vicki went from a con artist to someone who is on the right side of the law.
