Drake: ‘You’re Getting Too High,’ Kid Cudi, Kanye Angrily Snaps Back At Concert

Drake responded to Kid Cudi’s diss on Twitter and suggested the rapper was getting way too high. This response follows Kanye West’s angry snap back at his former G.O.O.D. Music musician.

During his Life of Pablo show in Tampa, West called Cudi out and shouted angrily at the crowd.

“You know how many people wish they could be signed to G.O.O.D. Music? Get their life changed?

“I’m so hurt. I feel so disrespected. Kid Cudi, we’re two black men in a racist world. I wore skinny jeans first.”

Not too sure what the skinny jeans had to do with anything, but Kanye continued on with his angry rant. He even managed to compare himself to Malcolm X.

“Why y’all gotta be coming at me? This ain’t the end of the Malcolm X movie. I’m out here fighting for y’all: creatives, artists, independent thinkers. Don’t never mention my name.”

Kanye West signed Kid Cudi to his G.O.O.D. Music label in 2008 after hearing the rapper’s first official full-length project, the A Kid Named Cudi mixtape.

Kanye West was Kid Cudi’s former boss at the G.O.O.D. Music label.

He seems to think Cudi is just mad because he’s doing a collaboration project with Drake, and that Cudi needs to get out of his feelings about it.

“Kid Cudi, don’t ever mention ‘Ye name. I birthed you. We all dealing with that emo s**t all the time — me, Pat, Don C. Don’t ever mention ‘Ye name. Don’t try to say who I can do songs with. You mad ’cause I’m doing songs with Drake? Ain’t nobody telling ‘Ye who to do songs with! Respect the God!”

Kid Cudi left Kanye’s G.O.O.D. Music label back in 2013, citing a need to separate from West for business reasons.

Drake then followed up Kanye’s response at his own concert for his Summer Sixteen Tour according to Billboard.

“I heard boys were talking down today. Shoutout to my brother Kanye West. We both got sold out shows.

“Boy you gettin’ way too high, you need to cud-it.”

Cudi called out Drake by name in one of the tweets.

“My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever. These ***** dont give a **** about me. And they aint ****** with me.
